This Privacy Policy explains what information the mobile game Car Crash Simulator Online (the "App", "we", "us") collects, how it is used and shared, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to this Policy.
a) Google account data (only if you sign in). If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games, we receive your Google Play Games player ID and display name (nickname) and, if you grant it, access to the App's own hidden storage folder in your Google account, which is used for cloud saves. We do not receive your password, contacts, files, photos, emails or any other Google account data.
b) Game progress data. Your game progress (unlocked cars, currency, settings, statistics) is stored on your device and, if you are signed in, in your Google account through the Google Play Games Saved Games service.
c) Device and advertising data. The App shows ads. Our advertising partners automatically collect information such as the advertising ID (Google Advertising ID), IP address, device model, operating system version, language, approximate location derived from IP, app interactions with ads and crash/diagnostic information.
We do not collect your precise location, phone number, contacts, photos or other files.
Data obtained through Google APIs (Google Play Games sign-in and Saved Games) is used only to provide sign-in and cloud save functionality inside the App. It is not sold, not used for advertising, not shared with advertising partners and not transferred to third parties, except as necessary to provide this functionality or to comply with law.
The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The App uses AppLovin MAX for ad mediation. Ads may be served by the following partners, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:

Google Play Games Services (Google LLC) is used for sign-in and cloud saves: Google Privacy Policy.
Cloud save data is stored in your Google account until you delete it. You can delete it in the Google Play Games app (Settings → Delete Play Games account & data, or per-game data) or by uninstalling the App and revoking its access. You can also email us at the address below to request deletion of any data related to you; we will respond within 30 days. Data collected by advertising partners is retained according to their own policies.
Data is transmitted using encrypted connections (HTTPS) provided by Google and our partners. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect information.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data and to object to personalized advertising. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
