These Terms govern your use of the mobile game Car Crash Simulator Online (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
You agree not to: cheat, hack, modify or reverse-engineer the App; use bots or exploits; harass or abuse other players in online modes; or use the App for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access to online features for players who break these rules.
In-game cars, currency and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money. They are licensed to you, not sold.
The App is free and supported by advertising provided by third-party partners, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Signing in with Google Play Games is optional and is used for cloud saves. You are responsible for your Google account. We are not responsible for progress lost due to device issues, account changes or third-party service outages.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. All vehicles, brands and situations in the game are fictional or used for entertainment purposes only. Do not imitate in-game driving in real life.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update the App and these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
